1 cn Garbanzo Beans (chickpeas), drained (15.5 ozs)
1 clv Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Lemon juice
¼ cup Water
1 ½ tsp Basil, chopped
1 tsp Cilantro, chopped
tt Salt and Pepper
- Place garbanzo beans, and garlic into food processor and mix.
- Add lemon juice, water, basil, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and mix in food processor or blender until smooth.
- Adjust flavor.
- Hummus can be served immediately.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Note: If consistency is to thick add more water.
